2'，3'-cGAMP或cGAMP（环鸟苷单磷酸腺苷）是由ATP和GTP的cGAS（cGAMP合酶）在胞浆DNA刺激下在哺乳动物细胞中产生的。cGAS生产的cGAMP含有混合的磷酸二酯键，一个在GMP的2'-OH和AMP的5'-phosphate之间，另一个在AMP的3'-OH和GMP的5'-phosphate之间。由于鸟苷和腺苷之间存在非典型的2'-5'磷酸二酯连接，2'，3'-cGAMP也被称为“非正统”cGAMP。与典型的3'，3'-cGAMP类似，2'3'-cGAMP通过与STING（IFN基因的刺激因子）结合并随后诱导IFN-β的TBK1-IRF3依赖性产生，作为先天免疫应答的第二信使。通过对其结构和功能研究表明，非标准2'3'-cGAMP与细菌产生的标准3'3'-cGAMP不同。2'3'-cGAMP以比3'3'-cGAMP拥有更大的亲和力与结合能力。cGAMP还被证明是一种能促进小鼠抗原特异性抗体的产生和T细胞反应的有效试剂。cGAMP具有抗病毒功能，它可以通过被动扩散穿过细胞膜，对邻近细胞产生一些影响。，为您提供优质的2’,3’-cGAMP。
