4%甲醛固定化溶液 ReadiUse

我们所有的ReadiUse 试剂都需要最少的手动操作时间。这种4％甲醛固定溶液是即用型。 它通常用于保存组织以进行常规组织学检查。

 

样本方案

注意：以下是我们推荐的协议，仅提供指南。 应根据您的具体需求进行修改。

1.进行甲醛固定：在室温下用4％甲醛孵育细胞10-30分钟。

注意：避免使用任何含甲醇的固定剂，因为甲醇会在固定过程中损害肌动蛋白。 优选的固定剂是不含甲醇的甲醛。

2.用PBS冲洗固定的细胞2-3次。

3.细胞准备好进行免疫组化/免疫荧光检测。

注意：将固定的细胞保存在4 ℃的PBS中。
