    产品介绍

    基于荧光的方法在灵敏度和便捷性方面对生物检测具有诸多优势,许多生物分子可以很容易地用荧光标记物进行荧光成像和流式细胞分析。然而,现有的荧光标记物大多用于永久性标记生物靶标,无法将加入的荧光标记物切割下来用于进一步的下游分析,如质谱分析或其他检测模式。AAT Bioquest公司的Readi Cleave 探针使荧光标记与生物靶标结合,在需要时可以将添加的荧光标记从生物靶标上移除。Readi Cleave FAM SSL - NHS酯含有一个S - S连接子,可以与TCEP或DTT切割,以去除目标分子中的荧光素( FITC )荧光团。5 - FAM具有与普通FITC染料相同的荧光基团。加入DTT或TCEP溶液,室温至65℃孵育1 - 10 min即可进行切割。
