enzyme Drosha [29]、DGCR8 (DiGeorge critical region-8)及一个双链RNA结合蛋白[30,31,32]组成。Drosha从pri-miRNA发夹结构末端切下11个核苷酸,切割后的产物在3’端有两个碱基突出,在5’端为磷酸盐基团[29]。体外试验证实,microprocessor复合物可以从发夹结构上“量出”11个核苷酸,在单链RNA与发夹结构结合处将11个核苷酸组成的片段切下,切割后的65至75个核苷酸长度的茎环结构就叫做pre-miRNA。
