蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Human ITGA2B (P08514-1)(Met1-Arg993, R887L) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the Human ITGB3 (P05106-1) (Met1-Asp718) was expressed, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the Human Integrin alpha 2b beta 3 Heterodimer was purified.
