神经星形胶质细胞分离培养试剂盒是专为提取原代小鼠神经星形胶质细胞开发的。经验证，按照本试剂盒方法标准操作，1Test可获得一瓶细胞（T25培养瓶），细胞数>1×106 cells，按照1:2比例传代，可传代次为3次左右，经免疫荧光鉴定，细胞纯度（GFAP）>90%。小鼠神经星形胶质细胞分离培养试剂盒
小鼠神经星形胶质细胞分离培养试剂盒适用范围：
本产品适用于从1-2日龄的KM、C57、Balb/C等不同品系的小鼠中提取神经星形胶质细胞。组织经分离、消化、接种纯化48 h后可获得神经星形胶质细胞>1×106 cells。
备注：提取4只小鼠的完整脑组织（8个完整的大脑半球），可获得一个T25培养瓶的细胞，具体需要的小鼠数量可能因取材获得的脑组织大小和数量不同而有所变化。
