一、实罐灭菌1、将冷凝水管路断开，拔下电极，打开罐盖，将培养基装入发酵罐及补料瓶，易产生泡沫的培养基尽量不要超过两升。2、连接管路：取样管路连接，补料管路连接；空气过滤器用硅胶管与罐盖空气管连接，并用弹簧夹夹紧；排气口与过滤器用硅胶管连接；安装温度电极、pH电极、溶氧电极，pH电极用们帽盖紧电极上端口，溶氧电极用铝铂纸包裹电极上端口，防止受潮。盖紧其它罐盖接口。3、提起玻璃罐体及补料瓶放入灭菌锅，盖好牛皮纸，盖好锅盖，确定发酵温度及时间。4、灭菌结束后，尽快将罐放回原位并尽快通入空气。二、发酵
