通用型柱法DNA提取试剂盒
产品简介：
本试剂盒适用于从10~250µl的血液、血清、血浆、牛奶、唾液、或其它体液样品，组织、细胞中提取高纯度的总DNA。试剂盒基于硅胶柱纯化技术，提取过程中无需使用有毒的酚氯仿抽提，也无需进行耗时的醇类沉淀，整个提取过程只需30分钟。试剂盒对全血或液体样品直接裂解和消化，因而纯化的DNA，包括基因组DNA，线粒体DNA，病毒DNA(如乙肝)，或其它寄生微生物的DNA。得到的DNA可直接用于PCR, Southern Blot, 病毒DNA检测等实验。
