Recombinant Human HGF receptor

Expressed Region ：Glu25-Thr932,Molecular Weight：The recombinant human HGF receptor extracellular domain has a calculated molecular mass of 103 kDa. Due to the abundant glycosylation and cleavage, it migrates as an approximately 150, 80 and 45 kDa protein bands (confirmed by Western blotting) in SDS-PAGE under DTT, beta-mercaptoethanol reducing conditions. After deglycosylation under native and denature conditions, the protein presented as three reduced size bands.
