    • HIV的致病机制

      下降,出现症状时CD4TT细胞一般<300个/μ1,如其数急转直下降至约200个/μ1,则为疾病恶化的先兆。 (1)HIV及其包膜蛋白的直接细胞致病作用:gp120能直接损伤细胞膜,使细胞溶解破坏死亡的现象已得到证实。感染细胞的死亡也可能是蛋白质合成被抑制的结果。未整合HIv DNA在胞内蓄积具有毒性,HIV Tat蛋白能杀伤脑细胞。 (2)感染细胞-未感染细胞形成合胞体:感染HIv CD4+细胞的胞膜与未感染CD4+细胞的胞膜相融合,形成有多个核的巨大细胞。合胞体的形成与HIV
