| Perfect GelBlue是一种新型核酸染料。灵敏度高，工作浓度下没有诱变性，相对溴化乙锭等不安全染料，是灵敏、安全、稳定的核酸染料，可完全替代溴化乙锭。适用于琼脂糖凝胶等凝胶电泳。可用于dsDNA、ssDNA及RNA染色。它可以被488 nm激光激发，可用蓝光切胶仪或蓝光扫描仪直接观察。 |

| 1. 胶染法制备的凝胶为浅橘红色，电泳后会出现上半部分胶颜色深，下半部分胶颜色浅的情况，属于正常现象。 2. Perfect GelBlue被蓝光激发的效果优于紫外，主要适用于蓝光切胶仪和蓝光扫描仪，如果用紫外激发，条带相对偏弱。 3. 泡染的染色液可重复使用3次左右。建议将需要继续使用的染色溶液避光保存。 4. 工作浓度（3X以下）无诱变性。当接触原液或高浓稀释液时，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 5. 原液或泡染工作液废弃排放前，请稀释到1X工作浓度以下。 |
