■ 制品说明
| 本制品是PCR反应用的TaKaRa Taq™ HS、PCR Buffer、dNTP Mixture的2倍浓度的混合物。本制品使用的TaKaRa Taq HS是抗Taq抗体和TaKaRa Taq的混合制品，适用于Hot Start PCR。高温变性前，抗Taq抗体与Taq酶结合，抑制聚合酶活性，能在低温条件下抑制引物的非特异性退火及引物二聚体的非特异性扩增。抗Taq抗体在PCR反应最初的DNA变性步骤中变性，在常规PCR反应条件下即可使用。 |
| 预变性说明如下： ※ 当对长片段或富含GC序列等复杂的模板进行扩增时，如有必要，可进行94℃ 1 min的预变性处理 (过度热处理可能会导致PCR酶失活)。 |

| 长期保存请置于-20℃。4℃可保存3个月。使用频率高时，存放在4℃，反复冻融会降低酶活性。在使用前请轻轻混匀并离心。 |

PCR法扩增DNA片段。
■ PCR产物
使用本制品扩增得到的PCR产物3’端附有一个“A” 碱基，因此可直接克隆于T-Vector中。也可以在末端平滑化和磷酸化后克隆到平滑末端载体中。
