蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Porcine FCGRT (Q6XAV9-1) (Asp16-Ser289) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding Porcine B2M (Q07717-1) (Met1-His118) was fused , constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the Porcine FCGRT & B2M Heterodimer was purified.
