我国是癌症大国,而肺癌,占我国每年新发癌症的 20%。据统计,2020 年,中国有 71 万人因肺癌死亡,接近死亡人数第二名肝癌以及第三名胃癌之和,肺癌对我国,乃至全球人民的健康危害可见一斑。 长久以来,中国肺癌的高发被归咎于庞大的吸烟人群以及为人诟病的空气质量,而抽烟被认为是「小细胞肺癌」(SCLC)的主要致病因素,80% 的 SCLC 与抽烟有关。但与乳腺癌等遗传因素被广泛研究的癌症不同,学术界对 SCLC 的遗传诱因并未有系统化的探究。图片来源:Science Translational
