【摘要】 目的采用反相高效液相色谱(RP�HPLC)法测定祖卡木颗粒中罂粟碱的含量。方法使用DIKMA C8色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇�乙腈�1%三乙胺�1%乙酸铵(40∶20∶1∶39)为流动相,流速1 ml/min,检测波长为240 nm。结果罂粟碱在0.019 8~0.396μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.5%。结论该法灵敏、准确,专属性强,重复性好,可以作为祖卡木颗粒的含量测定方法。
