tu_guiyun98121 各位大侠好。本人准备做转染细胞，用的试剂是invitrogen的lipofectamine 2000。因为是初次做，有几个问题想请教一下各位高手。谢谢！ 1。质粒DNA抽提完后（用除内毒素试剂盒），是否需要除菌。如果需要，一般用什么方法？ 2.如果是做瞬时转染，是不是可以不用线性化质粒，而是提完质粒就可以直接用于转染。如果是稳定转染，就要先酶切质粒，使其线性化，然后再转染。 3.invitrogen
