    应用:

    萘酚AS-BI磷酸可用于:
    • 抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)染色,以检测破骨细胞活性
    • Tris-HCl染色细胞的组成部分,以测定碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的活性
    • 进行碱性磷酸酶反应
    酸性和碱性磷酸酶组织化学显示的底物。 酸性和碱性磷酸酶荧光测定法的底物。石蜡包埋组织中酸性磷酸酶的证明。单个活细胞中酸性磷酸酶的细胞荧光测定法。
