蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Human TNF (NP_000585.2) (Val77-Leu233) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.

No. 10602-H49H-B) on SA Biosensor, can bind Adalimumab with an affinity constant of 0.458 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested).
