产品描述
SUMO蛋白酶，又称为ULP蛋白酶，是一种高活性的半胱氨酸蛋白酶，SUMO蛋白酶以高度特异的方式进行裂解，识别泛素样蛋白SUMO（UBL蛋白）的三维结构，而不是氨基酸序列。该蛋白酶可用于从重组融合蛋白中裂解SUMO标签。裂解的最适温度为25℃；本产品在较宽的温度范围（4 - 25℃）、离子强度范围（0 - 300 mM NaCl）和 pH 范围（ pH 6 - pH 9）内都有较高的活性。SUMO 蛋白酶带有多聚 His 标签,可通过亲和层析去除该蛋白酶。
酶活定义：在 1× SUMO Protease Buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl,pH 8.0) 中，25℃反应1h，剪切>85％的 2 μg 底物所需要的酶量定义为一个活性单位。
