产品描述
SUMO蛋白酶,又称为ULP蛋白酶,是一种高活性的半胱氨酸蛋白酶,SUMO蛋白酶以高度特异的方式进行裂解,识别泛素样蛋白SUMO(UBL蛋白)的三维结构,而不是氨基酸序列。该蛋白酶可用于从重组融合蛋白中裂解SUMO标签。裂解的最适温度为25℃;本产品在较宽的温度范围(4 - 25℃)、离子强度范围(0 - 300 mM NaCl)和 pH 范围( pH 6 - pH 9)内都有较高的活性。SUMO 蛋白酶带有多聚 His 标签,可通过亲和层析去除该蛋白酶。
酶活定义:在 1× SUMO Protease Buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl,pH 8.0) 中,25℃反应1h,剪切>85%的 2 μg 底物所需要的酶量定义为一个活性单位。
