产品描述： Nlrp3 polyclonal antibody CSB-PA823181LA01MO was produced in the rabbit immunized by using the Recombinant Mouse NACHT, LRR and PYD domains-containing protein 3 protein (1-153AA) as the immunogen. The target protein Nlrp3 plays a crucial role in innate immunity and inflammation as the sensor component of the NLRP3 inflammasome. In response to pathogens and other damage-associated signals, it can initiate the formation of the inflammasome polymeric complex, made of NLRP3, PYCARD and CASP1 (or possibly CASP4/CASP11).
This Rabbit anti-Mus musculus (Mouse) Nlrp3 Polyclonal antibody was tested in the ELISA and IF applications. The non-conjugated IgG got purified by protein G and reached up to 95% in purity. It only reacts with the Nlrp3 proteins of human-origin and may be used to detect the endogenous levels of Nlrp3 protein.
