Applications:
Immunoblotting; Immunostaining of cell suspensions, frozen sections, and formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections.
The antibody cross-reacts to human, kangaroo, rat, monkey, chicken, and pleurodeles. It shows poor reaction to mammalion antigens in immunoblotting. It is supplied as clarified ascites with 0.02% sodium azide.
