    Anti-Mouse Host: rabbit This antibody was raised in rabbit against a highly purified fusion protein of Schistosoma japonicum glutathione-S-transferase (GST) and the C-terminal part of mouse GIRK2 protein (amino acids 374-414). The serum was depleted of anti-GST antibodies by affinity chromatography on immobilized non-relevant GST fusion protein and then anti-GIRK2 antibodies were affinity purified on immobilized GIRK2-GST fusion protein. This antibody is supplied lyophilized in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4) with 1% bovine serum albumin (BSA), 5% sucrose as a stabilizer and 0.025% sodium azide as a preservative. The control antigen ( 50 m g of lyophilized powder) is supplied with the antibody.
