【产品介绍】
血小板裂解物是由富含血小板的血浆纯化萃取而成，其中包含很多不同的细胞生长因子、细胞激素和许多细胞增殖时所需的蛋白质。人源血小板裂解物是一种能有效支持间充质干细胞等人类细胞生长的高效细胞培养补充剂。使用血清培养间充质干细胞，在临床应用上有许多危险性，且会增加后续治疗过程的复杂度。人源血小板裂解物是可作为人类细胞增殖培养时的高效蛋白补充剂。VivaPLTM 人源血小板裂解物为无异源、无动物源血清的补充剂，实验证实比胎牛血清及普通人血清更能促进人类间充质干细胞生长及增殖。VivaPLTM人源血小板裂解物(货号C8010)已经去除纤维蛋白原，完整保存血液中所有细胞所需的生长因子及蛋白，创新萃取技术及严格监控的健康血源确保批间的稳定性。在使用时不需要额外添加抗凝剂(肝素)。
【适用范围】:适用于原代细胞、干细胞(各类间充质干细胞、胚胎干细胞、多能干细胞等)、难养细胞及无血清培养体系的各种细胞等。
【使用方法】
1.以37℃水浴避光回温VivaPLTM，完全融解并混匀。
2.用NutriStem® MSC基础培养基(货号05-200-1A)+MSC添加物(货号05-201-1U)搭配2%VivaPLTM或5%VivaPL搭配α-MEM(货号C3060-0500)或NutriStem® MSC基础培养基(货号05-200-1A)培养细胞。
3.若无法一次用完，需分装后冻存在-20℃冰箱中。
【储存条件及保质期】:本产品应在-10~-20°C储存，请避光保存，并在产品标签上注明的有效期内使用。开封后存放4℃，注意避光，1周内使用。不建议反复冻融。有效期24个月。
【注意事项】
1. 本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断和治疗，严禁内服，不能用嘴吸液。
2. 试剂包装如有破损或滴漏，严禁使用。
3. 操作过程应避免污染。
4. 操作人员万一与皮肤、粘膜接触，请立即用自来水冲洗。
5. 禁止使用超出规定有效期的产品。
6. 用于细胞培养的添加物时，推荐血小板裂解物的添加比例1%-10%。

▲关于血小板裂解物的误解与歧义，现就此说明如下:
1、"VivaPL"是XP取的商品名，是Platelet Lysate血小板裂解物。
2、VivaPL是由公司委托德国公司OEM生产的，德国原裝进口。之前BI/Sartorius的血小板裂解物均由美国Mill Creek公司生产，自2023年六月后因为价格原因我司不再销售。
3、VivaPL与PLTGold均为血小板裂解物，但来源地与生产厂均不同，所以"对应BI货号“-应为"无", 但可等同推荐，建议用户先买10ml试用。
4、目前VivaPL有2种货号:
1)科研等级，不需要额外添加抗凝剂 ，VC货号C8010
2)GMP等级，不需要额外添加抗凝剂 ，VC货号C8011，原厂目前无货, 预计2024年初有货
3)科研等级，需要额外添加抗凝剂，VC货号C8012，不再进囗
4)GMP等级，需要额外添加抗凝剂，VC货号C8013 ，肝素需自行购买与添加

【产品介绍】
血小板裂解物是由富含血小板的血浆纯化萃取而成，其中包含很多不同的细胞生长因子、细胞激素和许多细胞增殖时所需的蛋白质。人源血小板裂解物是一种能有效支持间充质干细胞等人类细胞生长的高效细胞培养补充剂。使用血清培养间充质干细胞，在临床应用上有许多危险性，且会增加后续治疗过程的复杂度。人源血小板裂解物是可作为人类细胞增殖培养时的高效蛋白补充剂。VivaPLTM 人源血小板裂解物为无异源、无动物源血清的补充剂，实验证实比胎牛血清及普通人血清更能促进人类间充质干细胞生长及增殖。VivaPLTM人源血小板裂解物(货号C8010)已经去除纤维蛋白原，完整保存血液中所有细胞所需的生长因子及蛋白，创新萃取技术及严格监控的健康血源确保批间的稳定性。在使用时不需要额外添加抗凝剂(肝素)。
【适用范围】:适用于原代细胞、干细胞(各类间充质干细胞、胚胎干细胞、多能干细胞等)、难养细胞及无血清培养体系的各种细胞等。
【使用方法】
1.以37℃水浴避光回温VivaPLTM，完全融解并混匀。
2.用NutriStem® MSC基础培养基(货号05-200-1A)+MSC添加物(货号05-201-1U)搭配2%VivaPLTM或5%VivaPL搭配α-MEM(货号C3060-0500)或NutriStem® MSC基础培养基(货号05-200-1A)培养细胞。
3.若无法一次用完，需分装后冻存在-20℃冰箱中。
【储存条件及保质期】:本产品应在-10~-20°C储存，请避光保存，并在产品标签上注明的有效期内使用。开封后存放4℃，注意避光，1周内使用。不建议反复冻融。有效期24个月。
【注意事项】
1. 本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断和治疗，严禁内服，不能用嘴吸液。
2. 试剂包装如有破损或滴漏，严禁使用。
3. 操作过程应避免污染。
4. 操作人员万一与皮肤、粘膜接触，请立即用自来水冲洗。
5. 禁止使用超出规定有效期的产品。
6. 用于细胞培养的添加物时，推荐血小板裂解物的添加比例1%-10%。

▲关于血小板裂解物的误解与歧义，现就此说明如下:
1、"VivaPL"是XP取的商品名，是Platelet Lysate血小板裂解物。
2、VivaPL是由公司委托德国公司OEM生产的，德国原裝进口。之前BI/Sartorius的血小板裂解物均由美国Mill Creek公司生产，自2023年六月后因为价格原因我司不再销售。
3、VivaPL与PLTGold均为血小板裂解物，但来源地与生产厂均不同，所以"对应BI货号“-应为"无", 但可等同推荐，建议用户先买10ml试用。
4、目前VivaPL有2种货号:
1)科研等级，不需要额外添加抗凝剂 ，VC货号C8010
2)GMP等级，不需要额外添加抗凝剂 ，VC货号C8011，原厂目前无货, 预计2024年初有货
3)科研等级，需要额外添加抗凝剂，VC货号C8012，不再进囗
4)GMP等级，需要额外添加抗凝剂，VC货号C8013 ，肝素需自行购买与添加
