蛋白活性：1. Immobilized mIL13RA2-mFc(mIgG2a) (Cat:50061-M38H) at 10 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind IL13/Biotin (Cat:10369-HNAC), the EC50 of IL13/Biotin (Cat:10369-HNAC) is 20-50 ng/mL. 2. Measured by its ability to inhibit mIL13-dependent proliferation of TF-1 human erythroleukemic cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 5-30ng/mL in the presence of 4 ng/mL of mIL13.
