描述:Anticancer agent 36 (compound 11) is a potent anti-microbial and anti-cancer agent, a sulfonylurea derivative. anticancer agent 36 inhibits the microbial growth of Bacillus mycoides, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans (MIC: 0.156 - 0.039 mg/mL). Anticancer agent 36 inhibited the growth of A549 cells (IC50: 19.7 μg/mL), PC3 cells (IC50: 11.9 μg/mL).
