描述:Neuroinflammatory-IN-2 (compound 7i) is a potent anti-neuroinflammatory agent, capable of acting on MAO-B (IC50: 10.30 μM). Neuroinflammatory-IN-2 inhibits 96.33% of Aβ1-42 aggregation at 25 μM. Neuroinflammatory-IN-2 exhibits neuroprotective activity in H2O2-induced PC-12 cell injury. Neuroinflammatory-IN-2 can be used to study Alzheimer's disease.
