重组增强绿色荧光蛋白 （EGFP）是大肠杆菌表达的非糖基化、同型二聚体蛋白，含有239个氨基酸，分子量为26.9kDa.提供的重组增强绿色荧光蛋白产品形式为冻干粉末.推荐溶解冻干粉EGFP：使用无菌的蒸馏水，浓度不低于100ug/ml,可根据后续实验更进一步稀释.对于重组增强绿色荧光蛋白产品，本产品虽然在室温下可稳定保存3周，但是我们推荐干燥保存于-18℃以下.溶解后的TIMP2：可在4℃保存2-7天；长期使用，推荐保存于-18℃以下.为长期保存，建议加入载体蛋白(0.1% HSA或BSA). 请避免反复冻融.
