分子量The recombinant Monkeypox Virus (MPXV) M1R Protein consists of 200 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 21.59 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately (36.52, 29.25, 25.76 and 22.60) kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
