植物来源凝集素
伴刀豆球蛋白A
伴刀豆球蛋白A（Concanavalin A）是一种刀豆来源的凝集素，可识别 α-甘露糖和α-半乳糖。
在钙离子的参与下，其可与高甘露糖型糖链和混合型糖链结合。
此外，据报告，其具有多种生理活性，如凝集红细胞和酵母等细胞，以及针对T细胞的促有丝分裂活性。

使用缓冲液按照如左图的稀释倍数稀释伴刀豆球蛋白A，并添加至兔血细胞悬液中，检测其血凝活性。 结果显示，伴刀豆球蛋白A稀释至8~64倍时均能观察到清晰的凝集现象。 此外，其他公司产品稀释至64倍时，只能观察到轻微凝集现象，但FUJIFILM Wako的伴刀豆球蛋白A即使稀释至64倍也能看到清晰的凝集现象。这表明与其他公司产品相比，本产品具有更高的凝集素活性。 |
