描述: PAMP-12 (unmodified) TFA is an endogenous peptide and potent agonist of the MRGPRX2 receptor (EC50=20-50 nM). It induces hypotension by inhibiting catecholamine release from sympathetic nerves and adrenal chromaffin cells. This makes it a valuable research tool for studying neuroimmune modulation, vascular tone, and MRGPRX2 function in both in vitro and in vivo models.
