CD19CD19是B细胞表达的一种CD分子（即白细胞分化抗原）。除浆细胞外的所有B细胞系，恶性B细胞与FDC（滤泡树突状细胞）都会表达该分子 。它是参与B细胞增殖、分化、活化及抗体产生的重要膜抗原，还可促进BCR的信号转导。
CD19为I型跨膜蛋白，具有单个跨膜结构域、胞内C末端和胞外N末端。胞外段含有两个C2型Ig样结构域。胞内结构域高度保守，由242个氨基酸组成，在C末端附近有9个酪氨酸残基。多项研究表明，CD19的生物学功能依赖于三个细胞质酪氨酸残基：Y391，Y482和Y513。
