CEACAM-5，也称为 CEA 和 CD66E，属于 CEACAM 和妊娠特异
性糖蛋白的大家庭。CEACAM 分子是跨膜蛋白或 GPI 连接的，并且在
物种之间差异表达。CEACAM-5 主要由上皮细胞表达，由 n-末端 Ig 样
V-集结构域和 6 个 Ig 样 C2-集结构域和 GPI 锚组成。CEACAM-5 被合
成为 180kDa，可变糖基化的分子，其中约 60％是碳水化合物。
CEACAM-5 通过与 CEACAM-1 的亲亲和亲和相互作用作为钙独立粘附
分子发挥作用。
