| 背景资料 | This gene encodes a member of the evolutionarily conserved ovo-like protein family. Mammalian members of this family contain a single zinc finger domain composed of a tetrad of C2H2 zinc fingers with variable N- and C-terminal extensions that contain intrinsically disordered domains. Members of this family are involved in epithelial development and differentiation. Knockout of this gene in mouse results in early embryonic lethality with phenotypes that include neurectoderm expansion, impaired vascularization, and heart anomalies. In humans, allelic variants of this gene have been associated with posterior polymorphous corneal dystrophy. |

Then the membrane was incubated with rabbit anti-OVOL2 antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody (A07631-2) and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody (Catalog # BA1054). The signal is developed using ECL Plus Western Blotting Substrate (Catalog # AR1197). A specific band was detected for OVOL2 at approximately 37 kDa. Dylight594-conjugated Anti-rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (red)(Catalog#BA1142) and Dylight488-conjugated Anti-mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Green) (Catalog # BA1126) were used as secondary antibody. |Figure 3. And then incubated with rabbit anti-OVOL2 Antibody (A07631-2, 1 μg/1x106 cells). DyLight?488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (BA1127, 5-10 μg/1x106 cells) was used as secondary antibody.
