| 背景资料 | Delta-like 4 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the DLL4 gene. It is mapped to 15q15.1. This gene is a homolog of the Drosophila delta gene. The delta gene family encodes Notch ligands that are characterized by a DSL domain, EGF repeats, and a transmembrane domain. And this gene plays an important role in promoting Th17 effector activity during mycobacterial challenge. |

After electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to a membrane. Then the membrane was incubated with rabbit anti-DLL4 antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody (A00875-4) and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody (Catalog # BA1054). The signal is developed using ECL Plus Western Blotting Substrate (Catalog # AR1197). A specific band was detected for DLL4 at approximately 80 kDa. And then incubated with rabbit anti-DLL4 Antibody (A00875-4, 1 μg/1x106 cells). DyLight?488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (BA1127, 5-10 μg/1x106 cells) was used as secondary antibody.
