| 背景资料 | Pre-mRNA-processing factor 6 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PRPF6 gene. The protein encoded by this gene appears to be involved in pre-mRNA splicing, possibly acting as a bridging factor between U5 and U4/U6 snRNPs in formation of the spliceosome. The encoded protein also can bind androgen receptor, providing a link between transcriptional activation and splicing. |

After electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to a membrane. Then the membrane was incubated with rabbit anti-PRPF6 antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody (A06724-2) and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody (Catalog # BA1054). The signal is developed using ECL Plus Western Blotting Substrate (Catalog # AR1197). A specific band was detected for PRPF6 at approximately 107 kDa. The cells were blocked with 10% normal goat serum. And then incubated with rabbit anti-PRPF6 Antibody (A06724-2, 1 μg/1x106 cells). DyLight?488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (BA1127, 5-10 μg/1x106 cells) was used as secondary antibody. Isotype control antibody (Green line) was rabbit IgG (Catalog # BA1045) (1 μg/1x106) used under the same conditions. Unlabelled sample (Red line) was also used as a control.[/list_product_images]
