    Anti-Mouse IL-12/IL-23 p40 SAFIRE Purified 同型对照:Rat IgG2a, kappa标记:SAFIRE Purified

    IL-12 is a potent regulator of cell-mediated immune responses and it induces IFN-γ production
    by NK and T cells. It is produced by activated monocytes/macrophage cells, B lymphocytes and
    connective tissue-type mast cells. Among its biological activities, IL-12 promotes the growth
    and activity of activated NK, CD4+ and CD8+ cells, and induces the development of IFN-γ-
    producing Th1 cells.
    IL-23 is a proinflammatory, heterodimeric protein composed of two subunits: a unique p19
    subunit, and a p40 subunit that is shared with IL-12. IL-23 is secreted by activated dendritic
    cells and macrophages, and signals though a receptor comprised of IL-23R complexed with IL-
    12Rβ2. IL-23 has been shown to enhance proliferation of memory T cells. It also stimulates the
    production of IFN-γ in NK cells, induces IL-17 production, and drives Th17-mediated responses.
