| 简介 | 食管癌是世界最常见的六大恶性肿瘤之一 ，而我国是高发区之一。食管癌是发生在食管上皮组织的恶性肿瘤。细胞主 要呈多角形 ，大小不等 ，胞浆丰富 ，胞核呈圆形或卵圆形 ，大小不等。此外 ，有研究表明 ，大部分来自于上皮的肿瘤 细胞中均存在角蛋白 ，体外分离和培养食管癌细胞 ，为研究食管癌生物学特性、癌变机理等奠定了实验基础。 |
