细胞角蛋白20(CK20)分子量为46KDa，主要标记胃肠道上皮、尿道上皮和Merkel细胞。主要用于胃肠道腺癌、卵巢粘液性肿瘤和Merkel细胞癌的诊断。鳞癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、子宫内膜癌和卵巢非粘液性肿瘤均不表达CK20。
