文献和实验区带离心法 zonal centrifugation method
与历来以移动界面法来测定沉降不同，而是用密度梯度离心法来观测高分子物的层状沉降。因此对密度梯度离心法都可称为区带离心法。但最近根据密度梯度离心法，对细胞颗粒等以大量分离提纯为目的，而发明了称为区带旋转体的特殊的分离用的转动机（ rotor）。狭义的区带离心法就是指此法。
