产品活性：TWIK-1/TREK-1-IN-1 (compound 2a) 是 TWIK 相关钾通道 (Potassium Channel) TREK-1 的抑制剂。TREK-1 含有双孔域钾 (K2p) 通道，二聚化为 TREK-1 同二聚体和 TWIK-1/TREK-1 异二聚体，是抗抑郁的重要靶点。TWIK-1/TREK-1-IN-3 靶向 TREK-1 同二聚体和 TWIK-1/TREK-1 异二聚体的 IC50s 分别为 9.36 μM 和 14.6 μM，具有抗抑郁样作用。
