❑ Alpha Diagnostics产品线
• 人类疫苗设计与检测:ADI开发了能够快速评估常见疫苗效力的检测试剂盒,已成功研制针对人乳头瘤病毒、脑膜炎、肺炎球菌、百白破三联疫苗、麻腮风三联疫苗、轮状病毒、b型流感嗜血杆菌、肝炎、结核病、伤寒及流感等多种疫苗的ELISA检测试剂盒。
人类生物药物监测:销售额前十的单克隆抗体药物(包括修美乐、类克、恩利、美罗华、阿瓦斯汀、赫赛汀、乐明睛、帕利珠单抗、普罗力/安加美以及爱必妥)。
• 兽类疾病与疫苗:ADI根据伴侣动物与农场动物常见疾病类型,开发了特异性ELISA及其他检测方法,涵盖禽类疫苗(支气管炎、禽流感、马立克氏病、新城疫)及猪用疫苗(猪繁殖障碍疾病、猪流感、猪肺炎)等。
• 实验动物疾病与诊断:ADI已研发20余种ELISA试剂盒,专门用于检测实验动物的细菌与病毒感染。其中多数检测试剂盒为ADI独家提供。
• 人类与动物自身免疫性疾病检测:ADI持续开发针对人类与动物的ELISA检测方法。
• 生物信息学与蛋白质组学:ADI自1993年便精通多种生物信息学工具,并开始提供"定制基因合成、蛋白质或多肽合成及抗体服务"。
