产品说明： 右旋糖苷是蔗糖经肠膜状明串珠菌-1226 发酵后生成的一种高分子葡萄糖聚合物，经处理精制 而得。由于聚合的葡萄糖分子数目不同，而产生不同分子量的产品。有高分子右旋糖酐（平均分子 量 10 万-20 万）、中分子右旋糖酐（平均分子量 6 万-8 万）、低分子右旋糖酐（平均分子量 2 万-4 万）、小分子右旋糖酐（平均分子量 1 万-2 万）。可以和铁结合，制成右旋糖酐铁，用于治疗缺铁 性贫血。目前可以作为血浆代用品，扩充血容量，纠正出血性休克和血容量不足。

Product Description: Dextroglucoside is a high molecular weight glucose polymer produced by fermentation of sucrose by Streptomyces membranaceus -1226, which is processed and refined. Due to the different number of aggregated glucose molecules, products with different molecular weights are produced. There are high molecular weight dextran (average molecular weight 100000 to 200000), medium molecular weight dextran (average molecular weight 60000 to 80000), low molecular weight dextran (average molecular weight 20000 to 40000), and small molecular weight dextran (average molecular weight 10000 to 20000). It can combine with iron to produce iron dextran, which is used to treat iron deficiency anemia. At present, it can be used as a plasma substitute to expand blood volume, correct hemorrhagic shock and insufficient blood volume.
