Description ：CD131, also known as the IL-3R common β subunit (β ), is a 95-120 kD type I transmembraneglycoprotein and belongs to the Ig superfamily. The common β subunit associates with thespecific α subunits of IL-3 receptor, IL-5 receptor and GM-CSF receptor to form high affinityreceptors for these cytokines. These cytokine receptors are expressed by neutrophils,eosinophils, monocytes, endothelial cells, fibroblasts and hematopoietic progenitor cells andplay a crucial role in growth/activation of eosinophils and in the inflammatory response. The1C1 antibody is a non-blocking antibody.

To maximize performance, it is strongly recommended that the reagent be titrated for eachapplication, and that you centrifuge the antibody dilution before adding to the cells at 14,000xg at 2- 8°C for 10 minutes. Carefully pipette out the liquid avoiding the bottom of the tube and add to thecell suspension. For Proteogenomics analysis, the suggested starting amount of this reagent fortitration is ≤ 1.0 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. Refer to the corresponding TotalSeq™protocol for specific staining instructions.
