| General description | 线性聚乙烯亚胺是一种高电荷阳离子聚合物,非常容易结合于高电荷阴离子物质。工业应用方面,线性聚乙烯亚胺可以调整染料的化学特性并增强染料与固相基质的粘附能力,从而改善负电荷染料的染色效果,常用作黏附增强剂,作用与多聚赖氨酸(poly-lysine)类似。科研应用方面,线性聚乙烯亚胺能与DNA或其它负电荷生物大分子结合,基于这一特性,使其成为一种非常有效的转染试剂。 线性聚乙烯亚胺(Polyethylenimine, Linear, MW 25000)是一种高效、低成本、并相对比较稳定的瞬时转染试剂。在HEK293和CHO表达系统中,线性聚乙烯亚胺在不同规模大小(从96孔板到100L生物反应器)的转染中均能提供较好的转染效果。 |
