Description ：DNAM-1 (CD226) is a ~65 kD glycoprotein expressed on cell surface of T cells, NK cells,monocytes/macrophages, platelets and megakaryocytes and a subset of B cells and a memberof the immunoglobulin (Ig)-superfamily containing 2 Ig-like domains of the V-set. The ligandsfor CD226 are the poliovirus receptor (CD155) and its family member nectin-2 (CD112), whichare broadly expressed on epithelial, endothelial and neuronal cells. CD226 is physicallyassociated with LFA-1 in NK cells and activated T cells, and involved in LFA-1-mediatedsignaling.

Recommended Usage ：Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometricanalysis and the oligomer sequence is confirmed by sequencing. TotalSeq™-B antibodies arecompatible with 10x Genomics Single Cell Gene Expression Solutions.
To maximize performance, it is strongly recommended that the reagent be titrated for eachapplication, and that you centrifuge the antibody dilution before adding to the cells at 14,000xg at 2- 8°C for 10 minutes. Carefully pipette out the liquid avoiding the bottom of the tube and add to thecell suspension. For Proteogenomics analysis, the suggested starting amount of this reagent fortitration is ≤ 1.0 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. Refer to the corresponding TotalSeq™protocol for specific staining instructions.
