Description ：CD226 (DNAM-1) is constitutively expressed on native CD8 cells and on CD4 T cells,macrophages and NK cells.This antibody (10E5) was reported to bind about 40% of inactivatedCD4 cells and binds only to differentiated Th1 cells, but not to Th2 or Th0 cells.It is alsoreported to suppress antigen-specific T cell expansion and EAE (experimental allergicencephalitis) mediated by Th1 cells.

To maximize performance, it is strongly recommended that the reagent be titrated for eachapplication, and that you centrifuge the antibody dilution before adding to the cells at 14,000xg at 2- 8°C for 10 minutes. Carefully pipette out the liquid avoiding the bottom of the tube and add to thecell suspension. For Proteogenomics analysis, the suggested starting amount of this reagent fortitration is ≤ 1.0 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume.
