Studies to elucidate the role of O-GlcNAc-ylation have been hampered by the lack of a sensitive, specific assay to identify or purify proteins bearing O-GlcNAc.

Recommended Usage Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by western blotting. For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 2.5 - 10 μg/mL is recommended. For immunohistochemical staining on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, the suggested use of this reagent is 1.0 - 10 µg/mL. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
