描述
CD8 + T细胞是免疫系统的重要组成部分。它们通过对I 类 MHC（人类中的 HLA）分子呈递的抗原（肽表位）的 TCR 识别来发挥作用。 因此，同源MHC/肽复合物的TCR识别可用于检测抗原特异性CD8 + T细胞。
SVYDFFVWL肽来自酪氨酸酶相关蛋白2（TRP2，180-188）。
CD8+ T cells are essential components of the immune system. They function through TCR recognition of antigens (peptide epitopes) presented by the class I MHC (HLA in humans) molecules. Thus, TCR recognition of cognate MHC/peptide complex can be utilized for the detection of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells.
The SVYDFFVWL peptide is from Tyrosinase Related Protein2 (TRP2, 180-188).

Recommended Usage
For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 30 μL of 0.1 mg/mL biotinylated monomer, incubated with desired streptavidin fluorophore conjugate, following our recommended protocol. This will generate tetramers sufficient for 15 tests.
Application Notes
Two-color staining with the same allele/peptide combination is recommended for flow cytometry analysis to increase the resolution and specificity of the assay.
