Thermo Scientific Tris 缓冲 NTP 套装是一组便利的 100 mM 溶液，包含 Tris 缓冲 ATP、CTP、GTP 和 UTP 各一份。这些极度稳定的核苷酸以水性溶液形式提供，并使用 Tris 碱滴定至 pH 7.3-7.5。核苷酸纯度高于 99%，不含核酸酶活性，且在体外转录中经过了功能性测试。
