Thermo Scientific SuperBlock 印迹封闭缓冲液是经优化的 PBS 溶液，其中含有的一种蛋白可为 Western 印迹分析提供极其快速有效的封闭。使用 SuperBlock 缓冲液封闭微孔板、膜或组织，可确保大多数检测体系实现高信噪比。
SuperBlock 印迹封闭缓冲液的特点包括：

Western Blotting and Immunostaining Protocol
Wash the membrane with 3 x 15 ml of TBS. Discard washes. Add 15 mls of secondary antibody diluted in blocking buffer (use 1 drop per 15 mls) to the membrane and incubate for 1 hour with gentle agitation. Discard secondary antibody solution.
Western Blotting and Immunostaining
and add 15 mls of primary antibody solution diluted as appropriate in fresh blocking buffer. Incubate for 1 hour. Filter (0.22μm) the primary antibody solution into a 50ml tube, and store at 4℃ for next use. Wash the membrane with 3 x 15 ml of TBS
